Blotchy uneven skin help. any medications, lotions, etc.?

i’m 14 & i’m a girl. I am naturally tan but i have blotchy, ‘veiny’ skin on the bottom half of my body. the upper half is tan and smoothe and the skin tone is even, but everything from my legs down is blotchy, and discolored. i have purpleish tone to my legs but it is the blotchiness that make them look this way. i understand that people naturally have regular veins that are green-looking and nothing can be done about those but this isn’t that. when i am out in the sun, swimming, when i first wake up, and when i am warm my legs are fine and the blotchy discoloration disappears and i see a golden tone. but otherwise they are purpleish… also, after a hot shower my skin also gets itchy and red/blotchy. it isn’t just when i am cold, it is when i am anything but warm/hot. no matter how long i workout for or keep my legs raised the even tone and non-blotchiness only lasts about 5 minutes maximum. wat is this? any medications i can take? any cures? is it a disease?

#1 — don’t take hot showers after sunning - only cool ones
#2 — see a Dermatologist, this could be harmful when you get older!
#3 — He/She will probably give you a cream for the problem but you won’t be able to go in the sun after use

Been there — got lifelong exzema because of it when I was your age — didn’t show until my 20’s

try using like powdered cover up that feels light and blends into your skin well. I wouldn’t suggest the liquid kind because it feels noticable and when you sweat it gets all gross and sticky.
