I run a little shop which sells all sorts of computer bits. It is great fun and it means that I can get all sorts of great parts at cheap prices. I am never afraid to return a selection of goods if I think that they are not providing me with a good product and so my customers know that what they are buying is good and has been tested by me first. I think that it is a great way to run a small business and it brings great rewards as my customers keep coming back and my business is thriving even in the recession.
