What fruits and veggies do u feed cockatiels???

I have 2 cockatiels and i kno that their diet is suppose 2 consist of fruits, veggies, and other healthy food. What r these foods and how do u get ur cockatiel 2 try it?Is cooked white rice good 4 cockatiels?

Mine loved baby food. I gave them organic brands that included peas, carrots, corn and squash. They also loved their veggies in the raw. Again, try to choose organic so you aren’t passing along any ugly pesticides to your bird. Celery, green beans, corn, zucchini, - just about anything.
hard boil an egg and let him have a quarter of it every few days. A little macaroni pasta won’t hurt either.

Don’t feed your bird avacodo or mushrooms or chocolate. Birds can’t eat those !
