What shampoo/conditioner do you swear by?

I love Bliss Spa’s Shampoo and Conditioner, but it’s too expensive and runs out too quickly (it says to use a lot and leave it in for a while, which is racking up my water bill). I want a shampoo/conditioner that smells good, smoothes my hair, is cheap-ish, easy to find, and comes in a variety of different types. But, I’m willing to sacrifice some of that. If you have a great shampoo/conditioner, post it here! I have thick-ish fine hair that is about shoulder length.

Bed Head Self Absorbed Shampoo and Conditioner. They leave my hair soft, shiny, and full of body.

garnier frutis works well for me… that works well if you have wavy hair…. and if that doesn’t work for you, you can still use what you normally use….. but you can try this: wet only your hair (damp, but not dripping wet), then rub the shampoo/conditioner through your hair, then wrapping your hair into a towel, then doing something else (not shower) for as long as you need the shampoo/conditioner to stay in your hair….. then you can take the towel off your head, then take a shower…… that will save the water bill and some time.
