Why is cat meowing so much?
I just came back from vacation, cat was in cat hotel for 2 weeks, I brought her home yesterday and she has been meowing so much. I went to buy food and came back, I could hear her meowing REALLY LOUD from my car, she doesnt like it when I go to the bedroom to sleep, she meows at the door for hours! it’s like she likes me to be awake and paying attention to her, what the hell is wrong with her?
Sounds like your kitty missed you. You need to shower your kitty with attention, two weeks is a long time. Not to mention two big moves for a kitty in two weeks, typically cats don’t like surroundings to change too much too fast. Keep your bedroom door open too. As long as your kitty stops when you giver her attention or play with her then there probably isn’t much to have concern over. Just pet her and talk to her, she is talking to you by meowing. If she doesn’t stop meowing and it sounds like a painful meow, then make her a check up appointment with your vet. She should return to normal in a few days, with some attention and love.
